Delivery Process

The Certificate IV in Project Management requires five (5) days of classroom attendance. It comprises two consecutive days for the Project Management Fundamentals program with an additional three (3) days for the Advanced Project Management Program

The facilitator of this workshop will use a case study delivery approach in the first (Fundamentals) phase and a project scenario from your workplace as the basis of the second (Advanced) phase.

This approach provides participants with a “hands-on”, multi-faceted and challenging learning experience.
Training is provided through hands – on learning, relevant exercises and the provision of a participant handbook.
