Whether we are conducting Certificate IV in Project Management qualifications with your project staff, delivering 1 – 4 day project methodology short courses, training your project schedulers in a variety of Microsoft Project applications courses or offering you a 5 day course combining both methodology and scheduling skills, we are able to deliver all in house.

Group Numbers

Conducted nationally with group numbers ranging from a maximum of 16 for our methodology short courses, a maximum of 12 for our Certificate IV in Project Management qualification courses and a maximum of 10 participants in our Microsoft Project applications courses.

Whether we are offering you Project Methodology or Microsoft Project courses we are able to provide training customised to your company’s requirements at no extra cost, based on our various course outlines.

We’ll do this by consulting with you before the training session and determining exactly what your needs are. We’ll be able to adapt the course to your real-life project scenarios and, if you wish, use your own project examples as part of these courses.

This is the most effective type of training, and is the best way to tie together the theoretical aspects of project management, your actual project management scenarios and the tools of Microsoft Project.

Training on-site at your premises is not only customised, where your company’s actual projects are incorporated into the course; in most instances it’s also more cost effective than having a number of individual participants attend a public course.

Course Delivery

We run our courses at customer designated locations offering heavily discounted rates compared to the costs for staff attendance at public courses. 

Our customers provide the venue, equipment (data projector, whiteboard, flipchart and easel) and choice of catering.  Project Advantage provides the instructor, a notebook computer for course presentation, course materials (workbooks, CDs, handout materials for activities) and Certificates of Achievement.

Course Costs

The costs for our Project Management Short Courses and our Certificate IV in Project Management Qualification varies and is dependent on the number of participating students on each day.
