Who should attend?
This Melbourne MS Project training course is designed for those who need to use Microsoft Project to resource activities, monitor and report on a project.
Pre-requisites
To gain maximum benefit from this and any of our Melbourne Microsoft Project courses, students should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Project or have completed day one – MS Project training – tasks.

- Day one is reviewed by creating your own schedule.
Day two looks at resourcing, creating baselines and tracking a project plan to completion. When creating baselines, you will be able to compare your plan with actual progress.

The maximum numbers for this course is 10 participants.
Project Advantage require our customers to provide the venue, equipment including a data projector, white board and 10 networked computers which all have Microsoft Project 2007/2010/2013 installed, as well as a choice of catering.
Project Advantage provides the instructor, a notebook computer which is used for the presentation of the course, course materials including workbooks, CDs, handout materials for activities and certificates of achievement for participants who complete the course.
- Minimum four participants onsite – $400 per person per course
- Six to 10 participants onsite – $2400 (including discount)
- One-on-one on-site – $550 plus travel expenses.
- Online sessions 3 x 2.5 hour over one day – $400 per person
