Our Microsoft project courses covering “tasks” are designed for those who need to use Microsoft Project to develop a schedule of activities for a project.
Pre-requisites
To gain maximum benefit from this course, students should have opened up the application and keyed in a number of tasks. Project management knowledge is an advantage.

On day one, there is a heavy focus placed on developing correct task relationship models and building a work breakdown structure. During this training session, participants will be able to commence building their own project schedule. We will use this schedule on the second day to practice project resourcing in Microsoft Project.
The maximum number of participants in each session is ten.
For each course, the customer is responsible for providing the venue, equipment including data projector, white board and 10 networked computers with Microsoft Project 2007/2010/2013 installed and a choice of catering options. Project Advantage provides the instructor, a notebook computer for the presentation of the course, course materials including workbooks for each participant, CDs, handout materials for activities and certificates of achievement for those who have successfully completed the course.
- Minimum four participants on-site – $400 per person
- Six to 10 participants on-site – $2400 per day
- One-on-one on-site – $550 plus travel expenses.
- Online sessions 3 x 2.5 hour over one day – $400 per person
